Rear dump truck drives over light vehicle – Mines Safety Alert no. 246 on 04 August 2010, Queensland, Australia
This alert describes a day shift incident when a loaded Cat 785D Rear Dump Truck collided with a light vehicle being driven by a supervisor. The dump truck was travelling off a bench towards the ramp intersection and supervisor was travelling down the ramp. There were no injuries.
