1. Confirm and refine process flows and defined roles/responsibilities for tyre handling equipment selection and operational risk assessments
2. Discuss case studies to share real-world experiences and insights
3. Consider the mining maintenance processes and decision-making impacting on current challenges
4. Apply a ‘Future Wheel’ exercise to envision an ideal approach to decision-making and team collaboration in equipment selection and risk assessments
5. Review the integration of technology in equipment evaluation, considering comprehensive business unit perspectives, personas, and pain points

Agenda Day 2:

1. AM: Technology evaluation from functional specifications, credible failure modes, human factors, and industrial design views: Forklift and Truck bed prime mover
2. PM: Technology evaluation from functional specifications, credible failure modes, human factors, and industrial design views: Attachments
