The Earth Moving Equipment Safety Round Table (EMESRT) is pleased to announce that Kinross Gold Corporation has officially joined as a Tier 2 member, further strengthening global collaboration on advancing the design of equipment and processes to improve safe operability and maintainability beyond current standards.
Founded in 1993, Kinross is a Canadian-based gold mining company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. Its diverse portfolio of mines spans Brazil, Canada, Chile, Mauritania, and the United States.
Kinross brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to health and safety, aligning with EMESRT’s purpose to accelerate the development and adoption of leading practice designs that minimise health and safety risks through engagement with OEMs, contractors, and users. Their membership reflects a shared dedication to reducing harm and improving industry standards through collective expertise and open, two-way engagement.
