For projects, the WBS is the tool that utilises breaking work into smaller task. The Vehicle Interaction Control Improvement Project (VICI) is represented in a deliverable-based work breakdown structure (WBS). The WBS can be used to effectively delineate the project scope, improve planning and estimating, better control the project execution and more accurately verify project completion.
