After a component fire is detected, it cannot be extinguished using fire suppression system or fire extinguishers, caused by:
- * FSS nozzles not being directed at/near the component
- * Inaccessibility of component – cannot be extinguished from a safe location (e.g. external to the machine)
Credible Failure mode is addressed by:
