Excessive watering of haul-roads – Mines safety bulletin no. 94 on 22 January 2010, Queensland, Australia
This bulletin highlights an increase in the number of incidents on haul-roads from over-watering. It provides an analysis on location. Most incidents occur on ramps and result in collisions with safety berms (bund walls).
