This approach was used by Glencore Coal Australia, a division of a tier one resources company at 11 open cut coal mines from 2015-2016. The approach delivered immediate site benefits, developed a comprehensive group level understanding of mobile equipment interaction controls, and delivered a repeatable ICMM Critical Control Methodology aligned process while setting industry benchmarks.
