Result description

Project handover differs for each project phase.

  • Phase 1 requires preparation of a baseline assessment of the existing MEI controls, the handover from this phase is up-to-date information that can be represented in Control Sheets that map site business inputs.
  • Phase 2 begins with the output from phase 1 and validates it with experienced and knowledgeable workforce personnel. The output from this phase is an update of the information that is represented in the Control Sheets.
  • Phase 3 is an operationally led step that reviews the control sheet information and restores or amends the existing MEI controls in use.
  • Phase 4 requires inputs from operations (design and operate controls) and project manager for technology support.

Use existing ‘Company’ project handover approach.
