Debating interesting questions

Excellent discussions were had during yesterday’s Equipment Fires and Tyres and Rims working group teleconferences. Both groups were provided with a live demonstration of the online project management tool, the structure and strategy behind the content groupings and scheduled timelines.

“It is early days yet but the enthusiasm and energy injected into the discussions during the teleconference is extremely motivating and encouraging, said Rio Tinto’s EMESRT representative Mark Geerssen.”

Several interesting questions were debated during the two sessions that will be discussed in more detail as the work progresses. For instance “Why is the fire suppression system actuator not located in a common place regardless of the brand?”

The two new initiatives are gaining momentum and the EMESRT community will be kept informed every step of the way.
